Reporting illegal content

Please report content you consider illegal, and copyright infringements, through the dedicated procedure: Copyright and reporting illegal content. In-app reporting is available on every recipe, review and profile.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Our email address for enquiries is stated above.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content in this app under general law, pursuant to § 7(1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement. Upon becoming aware of such infringements we remove the content immediately.

Liability for links

Our app contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept any liability for such third-party content. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the content of linked pages. Linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking; illegal content was not identifiable. Upon becoming aware of infringements we remove such links immediately.

Reproduction, adaptation, distribution and any kind of exploitation beyond the limits of copyright require our written consent. Third-party content — in particular recipes and media created by users, and partner content — is marked as such; third-party copyrights are respected. The data sources and libraries used are listed under Attributions.
