Reporting illegal content

Please report content you consider illegal, and copyright infringements, through the dedicated procedure: Copyright and reporting illegal content. In-app reporting is available on every recipe, review and profile.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Our email address for enquiries is stated above.

Liability for content

We are responsible for our own content in this app under general law. For third-party information that we store for users, Articles 4 to 8 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) apply in conjunction with § 7(1) DDG: we are under no general obligation to monitor that information or actively to seek facts or circumstances indicating illegal activity (Art. 8 DSA).

Obligations to remove or disable information under court or administrative orders remain unaffected. For stored third-party information we are liable only from the point at which we become aware of a specific infringement (Art. 6 DSA). Upon becoming aware of such infringements we remove the content or disable access to it without undue delay.

Liability for links

Our app contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence; the respective provider or operator is responsible for them. Links we set ourselves are checked for recognisable infringements when we set them; links in users' content are not checked in advance. Upon becoming aware of infringements we remove such links without undue delay.

Content and works created by us in this app are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution and any kind of exploitation beyond the limits of copyright require our written consent. Third-party content — in particular recipes and media created by users, and partner content — appears under the account that posted it; third-party copyrights are respected. The data sources and libraries used are listed under Attributions.
