Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the provision of services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

When the right of withdrawal expires

Yedeni Pro is a digital service. Your right of withdrawal therefore does not expire as soon as we begin performance, but only once we have performed the service in full (§ 356(4) BGB). If you requested that we begin during the withdrawal period — Apple and Google obtain this request during the purchase flow, before access to the paid features is unlocked —, you pay the pro-rata amount described above for the time until withdrawal if you withdraw.

Purchases via the App Store and Google Play

You buy Yedeni Pro in the App Store from Apple Distribution International Ltd. or on Google Play from Google Commerce Limited. The respective store sells the subscription in its own name and handles payment and repayment; the service is performed by us. You can therefore also declare your withdrawal directly to the store — usually the fastest way to be repaid:

You can equally declare your withdrawal to us (contact above). We then make sure you get your money back — through the store or, where that is not possible, directly from us. For questions contact support@yedeni.com.

The Pro days we give once per account (§ 2(5) of the Terms of Service) are not something you buy: you pay nothing for them, and no subscription comes into being. If you buy Yedeni Pro during the Pro days, the withdrawal period for that purchase runs from the day of purchase.
